Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we follow a fair and transparent return policy in line with TikTok guidelines.

• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (unboxing video or photos).

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.

• Due to the nature of perfumes (hygiene reasons), used or opened items are non-returnable.

• Once the return is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
